GENERAL LOCATION: The property is situated at the east edge of Beverly, IL; approximately 25 miles west/south of Quincy, IL and south of Liberty, IL.

TRACTS 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6 ARE CONTIGUOUS

TRACT 1: "Ranchette" featuring a 2 bedroom home situated on 8 acres M/L with extensive improvements, in a picturesque setting.
