TRACT I: Part of the SW 1/4 of Section 34 lying south of French Creek in Elba Township, Knox County, Illinois containing approximately 46 acres more or less.
This tract of land contains approximatley 30.3 acres of tilabl farmland and there is tile under a major portion of the tillable farmland. The non-tillable land is timber and pasture.
Home is not included in the sale of the property.

TRACT 2: Parts of the SE 1/4 of Section 33 and SW 1/4 of Section 34 lying west of road and north and east of French Creek in Elba Township, Knox County, Illinois, containing 44 acres more or less.
This tract of land contain approximately 41.9 acres of tillable farmland. This is bottom land hasd has been tiled to reduce the water and help the crop production.

TERMS ON REAL ESTATE: 10% of high bid price down on the day of sale, which at that time the high bidder(s) will sign a purchase agreement(s). Balance shall be due within 30 days.
