Words can’t
describe this female! She’s just one you have to see to believe!
We truly feel this is the kind of female that’s built for the bright
future of the Hereford breed. A maternal brother “Cricket”
sold in the Denver Mile High Night Sale to Ridgeview and Plum
River Ranch. A maternal sister was one of the top selling lots at Star
Lake this past May. Obviously, she’s backed by a proven pedigree on
both sides and her dam is making her keep here at LCC. There’s not been
a bull that hasn’t worked on Erica, but this combination was
exceptionally successful. Visually, 606 is flawless! She’s a super big
volumed heifer with extra performance, but ties all her substance into
such an attractive package. She stands square on all 4 corners
and tracks out exceptionally fluid. Also check out the balanced
set of numbers that support this great young female. We can’t say
enough good about the kind of power cow this heifer will
be. Her new owner has endless opportunities. We think so much of
her that we are retaining the right to a future flush.

A really
unique herd sire in the making with tons of potential. This cross
worked exceptionally well with the added moderation and stoutness of
Channing back on our super sweet made donor 24K. We don’t have
enough room to talk about what kind of job 24K has done for us.
Quite simply — she has left her mark! Chancellor is an extremely
powerful bull calf with tremendous upside. He stands on added foot and
bone with enormous amounts of meat and muscle over his top and a
super stout hip and hind end. He combines his extra shape with a
neat front-end, with extra length and extension from end to end, while
coming out of his shoulders with a huge rib cage that has extreme
shape and depth. In addition to all these attributes, he sets down with
extra cushion off both ends and really fills his track. Look at
his numbers.
• It’s all
here — the look, the pedigree and the data — to take your herd to the
next generation. Selling 3/4 interest
and full possession.

Without
question, this is a really special package that is
hard for us to part with. She’s a
natural calf that’s a twin to a heifer out of our cornerstone
donor
24K that, quite simply, stamps her off spring with “the look.”
Sired
by 043 and out of this donor matron, we know what kind of
females
they develop into. From the profile, you can’t make one much
better. She’s really square out of her hip and hind leg, with extra
length and strength of top, while blending into
a beautiful front-end. For
as pretty and extended as she is, she still offers extra width
and
bone with added performance on sound running gear. If you’re really
serious about the Hereford business, this is one you can truly build
a cow herd around. She’s backed by the genetics, has the
documentation, and undoubtedly has the phenotypic advantages to be a
big time brood matron. The guesswork is out of the equation, so buy
this unique female with confidence on sale day.

offering buyer's choice on these two outstanding flushmates that
represent our future here at LCC. They are the first ET calves out of
our new donor 244, who's a daughter of 24K. We are excited about what
244 can do! Obviously, they are sired by Olympian, who worked really
well on Merry Time.
• These are
the kind of females that will keep you in the cow business. They're
both so fault free with a really soft, easy keeping look about them,

brood cow. These heifers are extremely sound footed, with tremendous

Th is is a
very unique individual that, we feel, has endless opportunities. She’s
out of a first calf heifer that has done an outstanding job with great
milk flow and tremendous teat size and shape. 623 comes from a
proven cow family including the 9401 power cow and her
grandam 23H, who was National
Western Reserve Champion and is now a donor cow for Larsons and
Star Lake. Additionally, she combines the traits of two-time National
Champion Online. Each year, our 043 calves continue to impress us and
this heifer is no exception. There’s no question, this heifer
will see the showring next summer. She’s super complete with that
“wonder cow” look. She’s extremely long fronted and comes out of her
shoulder with tremendous depth and shape to her rib. She’s extra
long hipped and has a near perfect set to her hind leg, with
great shape to her foot and bone. This heifer truly has unlimited
potential, not only in the showring, but her true calling will be
as a top brood cow. Buy with confidence as the guesswork is out
of the equation on this great young female.

This is a definite sale feature! In
terms of show heifers, this may be the best one when it’s all said and
done. She’s the one that says “look at me” when you drive out in the
pasture. 625 is correct from any angle. It all starts at the ground
with flawless running gear. She is just flat gorgeous from her
shoulders forward, not to mention the added spring of rib and ease of
flesh she displays in the middle part of her body. From the profile,
she quite simply has “the look” possessing the strength of top,
levelness of hip and the set to her hind leg that we so demand in the
showring. No question, her new owner will have a lot of fun with this
great prospect. Don’t let this opportunity pass you by, as this heifer,
without question, is one we should be keeping.

This is a
very unique female that continues to grow on us each day. We love the
Embracer, 19D cross and, in addition, this heifer inherits the added
strengths from the Lauren cow family. Her mother is a big stout cow
that’s very stylish and catches a visitor’s eye at first glance. 645 is
an exceptionally complete made female that will definitely compete in
the showring, but more importantly, will make a great addition to
anyone’s cow herd. She handles herself very correctly on the move, and
has a soft, easy keeping look about her. She still offers plenty of
extension and femininity with added width of chest. This is one that
will do nothing but get better each and every day for her new owner. We
would truly love to keep her for a replacement because we know what
she’ll grow into. She will have a number of friends on sale day and
rightfully so.

Here’s a
really fault free female that has loads of potential. A full sister
sold in last year’s sale to the Beanblossom family in Ohio and was
shown very successfully this past summer. 620 has all the right pieces
to become a contender in the showring and then do an outstanding job in
the pasture. Tracy’s mother was a class winner at the Junior Nationals
and has become a very consistent producer here at LCC. This
heifer has the right kind of look with extra body mass, length and
extension, while being really sound footed. Don’t miss this one on sale
day! She’ll get better each and every day you own her — you won’t be
disappointed.

This is a
standout lot that we have long pondered whether to sell or keep.
Realizing that our customers’ success is our success, we decided to
offer her as she is truly in the “Top Cut.” She’s out of an
outstanding first calf heifer that has excellent milk flow and teat
placement. Each time we see this heifer, we try to fault her in
some way, but have yet to come up with a legitimate flaw. No, she’s not
the biggest heifer ever made, but she sure makes up for it with her
flawless design. 642 has tremendous shape to her upper and lower rib,
which allows her to have extra width down her top and out of her hip.
She ties this mass so attractively into a very sleek and feminine
front-end, while still being exceptionally level and correct out of her
hip and hind leg. There’s just not enough good things to say about this
heifer! Remember, Hallmark sired the 2005 National Champion Heifer.
This is a big time female that presents YOU, the buying public, a big
time opportunity.

A super nice
January prospect that comes from one of our most productive cows
who was named a DOD this past year. 616 is a dark red, conservatively
marked heifer with extra pigmentation. She stands on added foot and
bone which correlates to her additional performance. “Red Head” has the
extra capacity and doability needed to be a power cow. She’s wide
chested and opens up into a really huge rib cage with a soft easy
keeping look. She’s exceptionally thick down her top and from behind,
but still blends smoothly into an angular front-end. This is one we
would love to keep for a cow because we know what she will develop
into. Our 043 daughters in production continue to outdo themselves, and
this one will be no exception. This heifer will be very competitive in
the showring and will make an even better brood cow. Check out the very
solid set of EPDs for this heifer.

Here’s an
awfully flashy Gavel daughter that comes from a beautiful 19D first
calf heifer. This heifer has big time potential! She’s so sweet and
extended through her front-end, and her neck ties in near perfectly on
top of her shoulders. 624 is exceptionally long topped and stands
on extra foot and bone, bodying down with tremendous shape to her rib.
The Gavel off spring have been readily accepted in the showring and are
now making great females. Buy this heifer, confident that she will be

Don’t
overlook this heifer just because she’s an April. Wow best describes
this excellent prospect! Another stout made, fault free Colonel
daughter that’s out of a first calf heifer. We truly feel this
female has an awfully bright future ahead of her. She’s very
correct at any angle, starting at the ground with extra base width on
added circumference of foot and bone. She moves so fluidly with awesome
shape to her rib, and blends into a very attractive front-end with
extra length and extension. If you’re looking for a heifer that will
make a junior look good on the end of a halter, then look no further.
We were anxiously awaiting the arrival of this heifer at calving
because we knew what kind of potential this cross had, and boy oh boy,
it sure worked! Help yourself on sale day to a special female that will
be very competitive in the showring, and will make a top notch
cow as well.

Here’s
another Colonel heifer calf that sure has all the right pieces. We
anticipated that Colonel would sire calves with extra body and
dimension, and he has far exceeded our expectations. 651 is an
extremely soggy made, big boned heifer that displays extra width and
mass without sacrificing that neat front we are so keen on. Her mother
is a superb 043 daughter that can flat raise a calf, and she’s just a
3-year-old. A maternal sister sold in last year’s sale and was Junior
National Division Champion in Louisville this year for Blake Tucker.
This heifer has the same potential, if not more. We knew this female
was special the day she was born and we’re sure you’ll agree on sale
day. She’s destined to be a powerful individual for her new owner.

A really neat
package sired by Colonel. Our first Colonel calves came this past
spring, and boy, are we pleased. The birth weights were right at 80
lb., and he has put some meat and muscle in his calves with the right
kind of “look.” 619 is a great cross between her sire and dam. She’s so
sweet fronted with extra rib and capacity while being super long
bodied. Her dam was the 2004 Illinois Points Champion, and a maternal
sister was last year’s high selling lot. Her visual attributes combined
with her genetic profile, make her an outstanding candidate for the tan
bark, and without question, a big time power cow. Juniors, check out
this one!

This is a
special individual that has loads of future. She’s sired by Bo Bo, and
he has left us with a great set of calves. Her mother is a workhorse
with super udder quality. 681 has such a soft , easy-keeping ook about
her with excellent shape to her rib and added squareness and thickness
out of her hip. She stands on a big square foot and bone with extra
width of base, but puts this added substance into a such a neat and
feminine profile. There’s no doubt she has the phenotypic advantages,
but couple this with her data, and this female has the tools to not
only be a showring contender, but also a front pasture cow. We’ve
always liked this one, and we’re sure you will too on sale day.

A truly
special individual that we think a great deal of. This heifer is sired
by Colonel, and we can’t say enough good things about the job he’s
doing. Without question, 696 would look outstanding on the end of a
junior’s halter. She possesses extra length, primarily from her
shoulders forward and out of her hip. Talk about mass and substance!
She comes out of her shoulder into a massive rib cage with added width
from her pins down, and stands on extra circumference of bone, while
traveling square and fluid off all fours. Her dam is another very
productive 043 daughter that’s beautiful to look at this prospect
will be awfully competitive as a show heifer and go on to be a top
notch cow. Check this one out on sale day — you won’t be
disappointed.

This has been
a favorite around here since she was born. She doesn’t overpower you in
any one area, she just puts it all together. Here again, she is sired
by Bo Bo, a maternal brother to “Git-R-Done” and out of a very
productive Decathlete granddaughter. 663 is an exceptionally flashy
heifer that reads really feminine and angular through her front end
with awesome depth and center body capacity. She too comes out of
her shoulder into a very strong top with extra width and length out of
her hip. She stands square on all four corners and moves with
added flex and ease off both ends. She ranks in the top 10% of
the breed for both WW and YW and top 40% for MM while being moderate
for BW this combined with her visual advantages, makes her a top
candidate for not only the tan bark but especially to be a brood
cow.

This female
has as much potential as anything we are offering. Every day, she just
keeps looking better and better. Her mother may very well be the pick
of the herd that came from Four Corners. 678 is super correct at any
angle you look at her with extra length and extension from end to end.
She’s super feminine about her head and neck and ties in near perfectly
on top of her shoulders while being a soggy middled heifer with added
capacity. This female is also very loose structured with
tremendous shape down her top with a nice set to her hip and hind leg.
All these attributes combined with her genetic potential along with her
performance data are key ingredients for a true power cow. We are
confident she’ll do that, but before, she should make a really
competitive show heifer.

A
really fancy March prospect that will catch your eye. Her mother is a
stout mamma, with a beautiful look about her and excellent udder
shape
and milk flow. 689 has that extra “rib” in her, being exceptionally
long topped with added femininity and extension through her front 1/3.
She offers extra capacity and volume too, while being set square and
high at her pins, as well as holding herself together so correctly on
the move. This heifer is going to do nothing but get better each day
for her new owner. Don’t miss this one!

Just an April
calf, so keep that in mind when you look at this female. This heifer is
short on age, but not on quality. 6103 is put together extremely well
with a smooth, cowy look about her. She blends so well from an
attractive front-end back into a soggy made rib cage with added volume,
and still travels true off all fours. She’s supported by a very
balanced set of EPDs with extra growth. Juniors, if you’re looking to
have fun next summer, and then be left with a true cow, check out this
one!
