| The Lowderman Auction Company, established in 1963, as a Sole Proprietorship and Partnership, has built a business that expands across the United States. Sound business principles are of the utmost importance as individual attention is given to each client. Lowdermans' solid reputation and experience has been built one sale at a time, and can now list over 8000 auctions in five decades. Our goal is to connect any seller with every buyer. The Lowderman family realizes that today's buyer may live four states away, not just four miles away. Lowdermans Auction Company is committed to the importance of YOUR SALE and gratefully appreciates the trust placed in choosing Lowdermans to market your property. We urge any potential client to talk to ANY former client for references. |

Services include the
marketing of farmland, residential and commercial real
estate and personal property including: farm machinery and equipment,
commercial
and industrial equipment, estates, households, antiques and
collectibles,
automobiles, livestock, herd dispersal; as well as incorporating
a
real and personal property appraisal division.
Founder Jack Lowderman
has been an instrumental promoter of the Auction Method
of Marketing. Many midwesterners may remember Jack's father, Wayne
Lowderman,
now passed on; a reputable and successful auctioneer as well. Jack's
wife Sherrys' grandfather was Chet Jennings who built, owned and
operated Jennings Sale Barn, which was the largest sale barn in
Illinois. Jack was the
first to establish an on-site auction facility in the midwest,
conducting
sales weekly, and hosting special Auction Information Seminars yearly
in
Macomb.

Acknowledged as one of
the leading auction firms to market land in Illinois,
and recognized on the Orion Samuelson Show, the Lowderman Auction
Company
utilizes the Auction Method of Marketing for the benefit of both the
seller
and buyer. An honest sale provides a win-win situation for seller and
buyer,
and in turn provides Lowderman Auction the reputation needed for
booking
8000 auctions.
One of the most experienced and recognized auction firms in the midwest, The Lowderman Auction Company has grown to become a full time family business that includes: Jack and Sherry Lowderman, their three sons, Monte, Brent, and Cody Lowderman, as well as Lorie and Scott Schwerer and Don and Charolotte Knox. Each play a vital role in planning, preparing, promoting and conducting each auction. Phase I of the Lowderman Auction Facility and Indoor Sales Pavilion has been completed. This climate controlled indoor facility offers 3 display rooms, handicapped accessible bathrooms and parking, level cement floor suitable for wheelchair and walker ease with no stairs, and a center sales pavilion. Situated on 35 acres this facility offers plenty of room for machinery, equipment and vehicle display, as well as generous off road parking. Specialty Auctions are hosted throughout the year, along with a monthly "Open to the World" Consignment Auction. This facility is available for qualified groups and organizations for special events and meetings. "We felt a need for a modern facility such as this." Jack Lowderman stated upon opening the facility. In the very recent past,
the Lowderman Auction Company has been commissioned
by 10 different auctioneers to sell Real and Personal Property for
them,
acknowledging the sound business practices and principles that have
built
